Moments I Can’t Recall
Photography: Esmée Bruins

An image or impression of one that is remembered. The time within which past events can be or are remembered. Memories are often remembered differently, this memory is often experienced in a more simplified and fictionalized way. What happens when reality en fiction are intertwined? Can we trust our perception on reality. In this visual research I state that a memory is alterable, as reality. By the use of photography I questioned this so called reality we live in, but also the medium photography itself.

A continuous challenge of perception.
A continuous challenge of reality.
